He specializes in helping men and women achieve the “6 Pack Abs” through leaning out on customized lifestyle and diet. Lucas also helps men gain weight and add lean muscle through his clean bulking program. Lucas James believe that nutritional coaching is huge factor for achieving results and in all of his programs he includes nutritional analysis of current diet, recommendations for improvement, teaching how to read nutrition labels, teaching how to analyze foods, and suggested daily meals and supplements. LUCAS JAMES PERSONAL TRAINING - PROCESS

STEP 1:

• Indentify your goals

• Assess and track your current diet for 7 days

• Define your strengths & weakness is your diet, workouts and motivation.

• Calculate and track body fat calculations, resting heart rate, body measurements, weigh-in, BMI, full body

pictures and ideal body weight

STEP 2:

• Develop customized weight training schedule based on your body and ability.

• Write a customized diet that you can stay consistent with that is based on your current health to

maximize results and achieve your goal.

• Define cardio and core activities that are suitable and enjoyable for you.

STEP 3:

• Take you grocery shopping and show you how to shop healthy or give you a list of healthy foods to buy.

• Teach you how to prep and prioritize your daily meals.

• Recommend supplement and vitamins.

STEP 4:

• Implement weight training 3-4 days a week.

• Implement cardio and core workouts 4-5 days a week.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:

• Weekly phone calls to motivate you and make sure you’re on track with your diet.

• Three (1 hour) training sessions per week.

• Bi-Weekly packages of your weight, body fat results, meal recommendations, progress, measurements, and updated stats and body pictures.

• Weekly e-mails that educate and inform you about nutrition.

• Personalized step-by-step instruction on weight training, diet and cardio.

Sweden, Britain, Australian Fans - Bravo’s Date My Ex: Jo & Slade: Thank You! Lucas James

Dear Sweden, Australian, and Britain Fans -

Thank you for your e-mails and comments. Unfortunatley Jo De La Rosa and I are not together. We were unable to go to Hawaii because of scheduling conflicts and other personal reasons. Jo is a wonderful woman and I wish her the best of luck on her music and acting career.

Slade Smiley unfortunatley is still a tool. The house you saw in Date My Ex: Jo & Slade was not his house, it was rented out. I believe Slade Smiley is now dating Gretchen from Housewives of Orange County. It’s sad because Jo, Slade, and Gretchen use to be all friends and met through real estate. I’m sure it’s very awkward for Jo right now.

Of course Slade is trying to run on the Housewives bandwagon because he’s no longer with Jo, lost his job, lost his house - so he’s dating Gretchen to be on the next season on Housewives. Honestly, I think it’s retarded, but Slade Smiley has nothing going for him. On set of Date My Ex…Slade really thought he was CELEBRITY! Note to the world *Reality TV does not make a celebrity or give you credibility for being a serious actor. Good luck though Slade and Gretchen - I hope you guys make some beautiful babies together and you can dress them in Slades wool scarfs….
